One of the worst experiences of my life. It was a nightmare of a move because of how disorganized they were. This move was a big job and I don’t think that SFM is equipped for big moves that require multiple days and multiple trucks. The owner seemed like a nice person but his people were inefficient. There was no game plan from the owner which was the main reason for the inefficiency. They were DRUNK on the job, they cut corners, threw things on the truck haphazardly, did not wrap the furniture properly. Piano legs are broken, a lot of my furniture is damaged, the cardboard boxes were not taped properly and as a result the books fell out. The crew and the owner arrived to deliver my furniture, etc. at my new house at 5:30pm when they were supposed to come at 2pm. A couple of the crew members arrived drunk and also were carrying alcohol in the water bottles. I found them the next day in my garage and a couple of them smelled heavily of alcohol. They made a total mess of my driveway with beer bottles. When I tried to call the owner, Mr. Pascal today, he did not answer my calls. Pascal said he would do a lot of things but he did not complete the job properly. His crew did not mark the boxes, it was so chaotic how they just dumped everything and left. One of the crew members, Keith seemed very dedicated, but he too seemed disillusioned with the way Pascal operated. Today’s date is 5/32/24.

4.5 Stars! Have used them twice! Very satisfied with results.

First time was in 2020, in 98 degree weather. This time was 2023. Each time got a truck and 3 men. Handled many flights of stairs like champs, navigating tight corners. Furniture was wrapped in blankets and Saran Wrap - no damage either time. Men were all professional and impressively strong. Two very difficult moves that we could never have done alone.

2bd 2bath 3rd floor apartment to 2bd 2bath 2nd floor apartment over 100miles away on Memorial Day. Took 8hrs total. Overall very affordable and got a discount for being loyal customers, which was really nice and unexpected.

Half star off just because of communication and timing. We reached out a couple weeks in advance and told them all the details. We were told we would receive a call the day before to go over details, but when we didn’t get a call, we reached out to the owner. He didn’t seem to know about our move, which was very concerning. It all got sorted, but there was a bit of waiting for responses. Day of they were 1.5hrs late, which was frustrating. They let us know an hour before the scheduled time and explained there had to be a change in staff. Later, we were told by the movers that we were supposed to buy them pizza. We had planned on doing so anyway, but hadn’t been told that we were required to. They also requested we pay in all cash, which we hadn’t done the first time and weren’t expecting. It wasn’t a big deal, but we did have to run to the ATM.

Owner was available via text for all concerns and checked in frequently. All charges were reviewed carefully and double checked with us in detail. Would definitely use again!

Yves, Keith and Omar were the kindest men ! They were professional, patient and compassionate. I would highly recommend them! I have never had a such a tough job made so much easier by anyone! I can't thank them enough for their kindness! Don't hesitate to hire them! They are fantastic!!!

A little late but that's okay sometimes moves don't go as expected. We had a great team that was friendly and professional. Nothing was damaged and they placed everything correctly . I highly recommend them.
