T- Bow Moving & Storage

Friendly staff, hard working, and small items like my china was well packed... but my furniture took the hit. Very disappointed, none of the chairs were wrapped or properly padded. They fully broke the arm of my wooden arm chair, a dining chair which I didn't see till it was too late to even claim, bookshelves, and a humidifier. If it wasn't broken, it has some cosmetic damage. Check your furniture really well if you have to use them like we did.

If we could give them less we would. The worst moving company! We were on a military move and they contracted T Bow moving, first mistake. They brought a horse sized trailer(no joke) to move our 3 bed one bath home with a garage. It took 12 hours after many cigarette and phone breaks to finish. Once they finally realized everything wasn't going to fit they began to load boxes in the bed of their pick up truck as well as ratchet strapping items to the roof of the trailer. See pictures attached. They left our house just before midnight,after arriving at 11:30 that morning. They told us they had another move scheduled at 6:30 that next morning and their location of their business was almost 6 hours away. We are waiting for the arrival of our household goods and very curious how much is damaged and or lost. I could go on but you get the idea.Beware DO NOT use them. Hopefully they never get contracted for a government move or any more of that matter.
