I'm highly disappointed with this company and I strongly recommend that all active duty families (and others) who are moving steer clear of them.

Worst experience in my 17 year military career.

Seventeen day delivery timeline for a 4-hour away 'direct' move, despite a promise by the driver to deliver within 3 days.

Terrible, unresponsive customer service with a phone number that has consistently gone to voicemail over the past 7 days. I still have not heard a word from them.

My family is left in limbo with no possessions as I prepare to go back to work.

Our moving coordinator, Interstate Van Lines, is also fed up with them and has admitted they have been the subject of multiple complaints.

The owner of the company, Tom Kennedy, is quite active on LinkedIn claiming to be military friendly, and is critical of the faults of other moving companies. Yet at the very same time, he is leaving military families hanging.

Right now, we are simply burning annual leave waiting for our possession to arrive.

The pack out experience was equally bad. There was a lack of coordination among two different teams. The packing team only worked until 2 pm and the moving team arrived the following day expecting everything to be done, when it was not.

We had requested two different pick up locations. The driver pretended to be ignorant of this fact as I frantically called the company inquiring about the 2nd pick up. He eventually admitted to being aware if it, but said it was better I had called the company to arrange for a second truck.

We have always taken care of our packers with tips and drinks but were quite surprised this time when the moving team blatantly asked us to purchase lunch for them. We immediately did so.

The delay in delivery will impact us for quite some time. This period of leave was intended for unpacking before beginning a busy assignment.

All in all, it's been a needlessly stressful experience--especially for my wife and young children.

UPDATE: Day 12 and Tom Kennedy and T&A have still ignored all correspondence, refusing not only to honor their promise to deliver in 3 days, but also to even have the decency to respond to numerous queries for an update.
