Terribly rude owner

Used this storage unit for about a year. Never had any issues. Large clean storage unit with doors on both ends and it was very convenient. You will not find another storage unit like this in Grundy county for this price. It was well worth it. There is a gate that locks at 8pm which means no one will be in there after hours doing anything that they shouldn't be. Our deposit was refunded immediately once we cleaned out the unit. We had no problems and would rent from her again if we ever needed to.

Spoke with Luann yesterday and was so impressed that I felt the need to leave a review! Luann answered all my questions thoroughly and helped guide me through some different scenarios that I need to consider when storing my RV. I appreciate her straightforward business experience, pricing, and hours of operation. I feel comfortable with my choice to use Burns Storage for my RV storage needs!?

The way the owner treats her customers is Disgusting! My advice is never trust your belongings with this company.... ever
