Imagine the day of the move the moving company cancels on you. That’s exactly what they did! I had to change all my plans last minute. No words to describe the lack of professionalism. And the worst of all, I had them hired before, so I wasn’t a random person hiring their services. I texted him multiple times days before and he confirmed with me multiple times. He told me the truck was broken the day of, so I offered to pay for a U-haul (see screenshot attached) and maintain the same price we agreed, and he refused. What a headache.

This is the 2nd move Abraham did for me and again they did not disappoint! Highly recommend them for your move. A1 service thought out the entire process!!!

They canceled our move at the last minute, just a couple hours after saying he was en route. He said it was due to a family emergency, but I don't buy it

The worst decision I made was trusting this company without signing a contract. Today was supposed to be our moving day, but Abraham just sent a message saying he wasn't coming. Our house is completely disassembled, we have a flight scheduled for tomorrow, and we need to vacate the house and hand over the keys by then. Abraham is not answering our calls or messages. He only sent a text saying he had a personal issue. He didn't provide any alternatives or suggest anyone else to help us. Please, never hire services from this company.

I highly recommend these services. If you’re looking for a full-service moving company, look no further. I’ve used their services twice and have been completely satisfied. From packing, moving, setup and assembling my furniture and electronics, I was able to settle into my unit within three days, WOW. This company is amazing!
