Toni and Anthony worked tirelessly on a rainy day (always rains on moving day, right?) To fill our pod to the brim with way too much stuff we had.
They were exceptionally friendly, good natured about the whole experience, even with double the estimated time to do the job. I recommend them wholeheartedly. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year guys!!!

Tony & Anthony (movers) started off strong but got sloppy and slowed down. One of my cherrywood tables was destroyed because of the way they placed it in the POD. I used PODs before and all my furniture and boxes arrived in good shape. That was not the case this time around.

They were doing a good job initially but just didn't think it through as they filled the POD and I paid the price for not having a 2nd person watching them while I was busy. They also ran out of moving wrap (which they say they provide) and it became my problem since several of my lamp shades got dirty and dented from the move not to mention a few dented boxes.

Unfortunately, at the end I was very disappointed with the low level of care and how the senior mover started taking calls and left the one mover working alone for a while. They had the nerve to charge me for 3 hours when it was barley 3 hours! If they had continued the way they started the job could have been completed in 2 or 2.5 hours at best!

On the first day, Tony had attitude and did partial moving and complained about how we didn't tell him that we would have to go through boxes before loading them, even though T & C charges by the hour, they want to dictate what you can and cannot do. By the way, he showed up with a smaller Uhaul truck - that was red flag. You are charging by the hour, if you stand there, you still will charge the customer right? Talk about socialism in California . I repeat they want to dictate what you can and cannot do and you have to do as they say, you will still be charged, according to T & C, you have no rights. Anyway, they just didn’t show up on the 2nd day at the agreed upon time. Wanted to come hours after our scheduled agreed upon time. Kept our $100 deposit after agreeing to give $50 back. Hire Ontrack Moving out of Hayward, save yourself the trouble and the hassle. You have been warned! Hire at your Own Risk!!!!!!

They just didn’t show up. We have everything packed and ready for the move . They are scheduled to come between 9 am to 10 am. No email information about the cancellation or call. When we enquired they just Simply said it was canceled. We ended up paying high prices at last moment , paid extra rent horribly extra work we kept on . Wouldn’t recommend to go with these movers it’s a risk and no guarantee

The original crew was a no show and Tony and son from TC Family Movers showed up on short notice. I've run highly trained professional crews in critical time sensitive industries and the attitude, application, intensity and pride in doing the job right would have fit in with any of my hand picked crews of stars. I can't say enough about the relief I felt after the first 10 minutes of these guys showing up and kicking it into gear...
