It always impossible for me to get in touch with the person on property when I need assistance. I did like the discount prices for the move in special. The lady I did meet (one time) was very unprofessional as well and was on the phone while helping me.

UPDATE:
The woman was finally there after us coming to the storage three times today to see if she had come back. She confronted me about my review and the complaint I placed through corporate and was getting very aggressive with me so I got in the car and let my mother and spouse handle it. We initially came because we had just got a unit a week ago and needed the free move in truck. She called corporate to see if we could get the truck (which doesn’t make sense because it’s advertised as free with the move in) and got my spouse to do paperwork. She literally had them go and get their license and insurance just to tell us we could not get the truck. I will definitely be telling my wife to cancel here soon. Worst experience ever!
