We just signed up to store our camper at the Tellus Crestview location. Pulling into the parking lot it is very noticeable that this facility is very clean, well maintained and conveniently located. The young lady in the office was more than professional and vey knowledgeable. Thank You Alec and Angela Hritz

You think so much money to rent a storage unit from this place and you can't even get access turn the bathroom after 5:30pm. The gate constantly gets stuck and you cannot get in to get access to your storage unit. They don't even have cameras in the hallways where your storage units are at. The light don't work above your storage unit majority of the time. I don't understand why you they charge you so much money to rent here and you can't even get the services you pay for.

UPDATE:
The customer service is top notch. The storage buildings are always clean and safe. The front office does an amazing job, with any and all questions.
