Tellus Self Storage - Northwood

The Manager that’s is in charge of the storage units on Hwy 49 is a pleasant & helpful person to work with if I could give her 100 stars I would.

It's not often that a person feels the need to review a service such as a storage facility. Christy, the location manager, has always taken care of my account there and my belongings. I am a young widower trying to land back on his feet. I keep my things in storage because I haven't been able to afford to live on my own again and have always had roommates with furnished units.

That's important to know because for nearly 3 years I have struggled to keep my things safe. Christy makes a point to check in with me on a regular basis and goes out of her way to make sure I know when my final billing dates are.

I have been at risk of auction several times now and she has always done her best to keep me from losing my things. I thankfully will be moving out of the unit soon. But I thank God every day that Christy was the one in charge of my account.

I have NEVER had such an easy time working with a company. I truly can't put the level of gratitude into words.

I would like to thank Christie for the excellent customer service she gave me I have several units in the area from other facilities that I rent from I now moved out of all the other units and only rent from Tellus for now on because of Christie she is the best

I have rented with this storage company for several years. Anytime I need any help Christie is always willing and pleasant to work with. She makes the experience pleasant. She is a wonderful asset to the company.
