Ten Oaks Storage of Helotes

Wish there were more stars to give!! I have been with Ten Oaks Storage for almost 10 years!! The ONLY reason I left was because my living and job took me across town! Mark, the property manager is ALWAYS on top of things and never has a bad day!! The property is fantastically managed and always extremely clean. Never had a single issue in 9+ years. Wish I could take him with me!! Keep up the great work - you will be missed!

The facility is well cared for and maintained. Mark the GM is kind, professional and efficient! I can frankly say that in the three years I needed their services there was not a single time I spoke with Mark that you could not sense his smiling on the other end of the call. The groundskeeper always friendly and waving at everyone!
From start to finish, just easy, they are my go to storage facility from now on.

We have had our storage unit for 2 years and it’s been a positive and great experience. Mark has been awesome and is always there for us when we have a question or need something. The property is immaculate and I feel very safe having our household goods being stored at this location! Highly recommend this facility!

Ten Oaks is a great facility that is so much larger than it appears. The buildings and grounds are kept up well. The number 1 thing is Mark, he makes it easy and saved us money by thinking outside the box. Great place to store.
