Nice people

These were my assigned movers for my HHG move. Don't know what all the bad reviews are about, but these guys are by the far the best movers I've had. They carefully wrapped, packed, and loaded my stuff and they even had a separate box for all the small hardware that came from my furniture when taken apart.

I would put money on the fact that every 5 star rating for this company is fake.

It was not my choice to use this company for delivery of our goods. However, this was a terrible experience with them. The movers were incredibly lazy and unprofessional. They did nothing but complain about their jobs the entire time. They left their personal trash from water, drinks and food all over the house. They flat out refused to put furniture which was taken apart back together because they just wanted to leave.

For example on their excuses: saying that screws were missing (they were not) or that screws were stripped (they were not). They also refuse to come pick up the unpacked boxes.

Do yourself a favor and take your business some where else. For terminal, don’t worry I have no choice but to do your job for you.

The packers did AMAZING I can't complain about that. The two ladies we had for all 3 days were fantastic. They took care of our things. Only one thing was broken that was inside a box and that was a smaller 40 inch TV, and the only other things that were broken were plastic totes that was wrapped in just paper. I have a lot of stuff and for only those few things to be broken is pretty good. Now keep in mind that was just the packers.... Now the Loaders were horrible. First thing out of one gentleman's mouth was 'I don't like big jobs on Friday's I like to be out by noon.' He was not happy at all to be moving a whole house on a Friday had a great big attitude. However I didn't say anything at that point because I wanted our stuff to make it cross country. Now with that said the loaders were rushing to load our stuff up as fast as they could so they could get out of there. They were shoving things inside the truck, it was so bad they couldn't fit 10 boxes in the truck and we had to get someone else to come pick up the rest. With that said the only loader that was a sweetheart mentioned 'we could have fit all your stuff but they are in a rush.' Now because they were such in a rush the items that they just wrapped in a moving blanket are broken. Just to name a few are stand up arcade games like Pac Man and Galaga, a Skee ball machine, outdoor patio heaters, etc etc. If it wasn't for the Packers I would give no stars but the ladies who packed us were awesome, it was the loaders who ruined it. We didn't choose this company it was chosen for us. I hope anyone who does use them in the future has better loaders.
