They are very unprofessional and the works are the only good coming from this place. The Management has no care or commpasion for the ppl that work for them!! Duane is the worst and should be fired immediately immediately!!!!!

Worst of 10 military moves I've had in my 21 year career. HHGs got picked up 29 June and we're still without our property on 25 July. Just informed that our property was driven to a dock in NC and left there. Over the past 4 weeks we've been lied to on a regular basis saying our stuff is 'in transit.' Zero initiative or proactivity from the company with so much as a phone call...we've called them each day our stuff has been 'scheduled' to arrive. A new moving company has now been assigned to bring our stuff to the empty house we've been living in for 3 weeks and we're being told not to expect it for another 2 weeks. These are quite obviously the 'lowest bidders' that the military is assigning to these moves.
