I love how people write such bad reviews but yet still trust the company enough to store their items. I am mind blown

This is the worst storage unit. Gate code always has an issue. Today I went to my unit again code didn’t work. They said they needed my a copy of my licenses that’s I’ve sent twice already and had to provide before I could rent the unit. It’s now storming just about everything I own is now soaking wet and most is ruined. The temp code didn’t work even after they received my license. Upper management was also no help. Stay away from this business. Tina Drumm

I have had two instances where the gate/lock was malfunctioning and I could not access my unit.

I’ve been dealing with them for years and I’ve had the best experience each time. I always get the inside units. Highly recommend!!!
