This company is a fraud. They stole my money. They never showed up. Kyles phone number 'isn't taking calls right now.' The number on the website rings indefinitely. I'll be meeting with APD & OAG to investigate this thief.

I usually do not write bad reviews as I want to help small independent businesses. But this company is fraudulent. I made a deposit of $195 in May 2022 to Kyle Wagner for help with loading my pod. My plans changed and I no longer needed the service. I immediately called Kyle and he said he will refund my deposit in a week. This is August and I have not received the refund. I tried contacting through Venmo, phone and text messages. He never responded. Don’t know what else to do as Venmo can not help. This is a caution to others to never deposit this much money and only pay after service is done. Also do not use Venmo instead use credit card for payment. That way you can dispute the charge and get your money back.

I paid a deposit through Venmo for my scheduled move, which felt shady, but luckily I used Venmo’s buyer protection, because after I paid Kyle, he went radio silent on me. I texted and called him multiple times asking for some email confirmation or receipt to give me some comfort that my scheduled move would actually happen, but that never came. I ended up going with other movers, and when I called Kyle to ask for a refund, he said it would take him a few days, because he doesn’t have the money ready.. that didn’t make sense to me since I had already paid him a deposit for the full cost of the move. Anyways, I had to initiate a formal dispute through Venmo to get my deposit refunded.
