Kyle did not show up on the day of the move and did not communicate to say he was not going to be there. When I called him, he said he was in the hospital and his helped called out, but he would be there later in the day to load my truck. He could not give me a time frame, so I loaded my truck. He apologized and said he would issue a refund when his book keeper (his mother) got in the next week. At this point, no shame, no blame. Stuff happens, and I am in no way concerned about it. The refund however never came. 3 weeks later and I still have not received a refund. He has stopped responding to texts. Hopefully a dispute through venmo will get a refund.

DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY! They are scam artists and do not pick up calls or respond to emails. I paid for their moving services and they never showed up nor answered any calls. I will be disputing the payment. THIS IS A SCAM!

The owner - Kyle - has turned into a scam artist. Don't give him any money. He tried to get the movers he sent to leave early and then apparently didn't even pay them.

They also showed up 3 hours late.

BEWARE: If you are looking for a company with integrity and honesty, keep searching. I gave a 2 week cancellation for this service and, even when they agreed by phone to refund me, no refund in almost 3 weeks. Does not answer calls or text. Am definitely not gonna let this go……….
UPDATE: If you can’t rely on the character of a company to do what is right, an App will show them how it’s done. Initiated a dispute submission through Venmo. Their investigation into the matter was enough to warrant a refund in less than a week. Strong work Kyle.

Kyle and his team worked magic- they packed our POD so tightly it saved us from getting another storage unit!
