After calling three moving companies to get prices on moving a baby grand piano, I used Texas Storage Company. They were also the only moving company that I saw on the BBB with NO complaints. Unlike electronics, if the piano is broken, there really is no way to 'fix' it so you want a company that knows what it is doing. They said they would be there about 1 and at 12:55 there were at my home. I had moved the furniture out of the way, they used their moving pads and moved it from the living room to the garage. The move was done in about 30 minutes. The piano weighs almost 500 lbs. They were professional, kind, courteous and efficient. I could not ask for anything more. They tried to put the furniture back, I told them I would take care of that. It was perfect. I could not be more pleased. If you are moving.. you need to call them. Al and his crew were simply amazing! They rolled in and packed up our house in one day, had it on the truck, and then met us at our moving site the next morning. Al and his crew were very professional and all our belongings were treated as if they were his own. I would hire him all over again and again. Thanks Al for making it so easy to leave our home and move to our new home.
