TGI Storage Seguin

I had rented a slot for my travel trailer and another one for a truck . When I rented the one for the truck i let them know that we had just had a house fire and that the truck needed to be worked on . The first month I was told that the truck could not be worked on. I was called 2 times and asked that the items I had outside the vehicle had to be picked up ( a brick ) and some trash that had blown onto the property. They again called me and ask me to pick up some trash and to removed the truck when at the end of the conversation I asked her why they wanted the truck removed when I was renting a spot for it she say never mind. Once when I was a few minutes late from leaving and my code wouldn't work the sign said to text open , didn't work u had to stay the whole night I never received a statement or a bill I guess cuz I was in auto pay they have very bad business practices. They gave everybody 15 days through email to move their things

I love how they took time to call me when thry believed i had accidently rented 2 units. They made sure i wasnt over charged and so polite, and i also like how clean andorganized the place was. Cameras and gate lock with text to open access. prices are very reasonable and definitely highly recommended

Process to get set up with an account was easy and quick. Storage is pretty good for what I need. Clean and well lighted, it seems to be safe and secured.

I had to call the office because when I tried to rent a storage unit online, it didn't process correctly, but the customer service rep was so awesome. Her name was Lilly and she explained everything in detail, was very friendly and helpful and got me set up quickly. When they say great customer service, they weren't lying. So glad I chose them over any other storage facility.
