The 3 B Helpers

Scheduled for them to help me move and was told they would be there between 8-8:30. At 8:45 I called and they said they would call me back. At 9 they said they had a car accident and wouldnt be able to do the job. Poor communication through this company as I feel that they should have reached out to me instead of the other way around.

Moving is rated as one of life’s top ten most stressful things to do. 3B Helpers did all they could to minimize my stress level. David and Twin met us at our storage units when scheduled and loaded and packed items onto a 26’ truck in the allotted time. They went above and beyond!

Did not show up when scheduled. I called and was told they were probably in traffic and someone would call me back. A half hour after they were supposed to meet me someone called and said one of the guys' car broke down so they weren't coming. No offer to refund the U-Haul I rented. I ended up paying neighbors to help.

Awesome experience hiring The 3 B Helpers to help me move! David, Travis and Christopher arrived on time, worked tremendously hard for hours, and went above and beyond to get my move done! Can't thank them enough or recommend them higher!
