The Approved Movers MN

Got referred by a friend and had a great move! Vincent had great communication with me all throughout the process and though there were many complications (mostly on my side) it was easy working with him. Great, competitive rates, professional work, incredible adaptability! I hope everyone tries them! I know I will use the Approved Movers again when I move out!

Called them several times with no response.

So I recently got a used sectional from my sister and had the task of moving it into my 3rd floor apartment building. The first two piece were able to go in just with the help of some friends with no trouble at all. However, the third and longest piece of the sectional was WAY wider than expected for my apartment building. We were able to haul it up all three flights of stairs ourselves and managed to get it through the hall, but when it came to the door we were completely stuck in the frame. There was no budge at all. This all happened at 7 o’clock at night! With little to no time left in the day we were stuck with a high piece of furniture in our doorway and also no front door on. With virtually no options left I called Vincent from Approved Movers who I was recommended to by a mutual friend. I called him SUPER last minute not even expecting him to come that late and on such short notice. However, he came with no problems and saw the the big mess we had created and was MORE than willing to help and lend his services! The only option we had with the door being wedged in the doorframe/hallway was to cut off part of the arm on the sectional. He went all the way back home for us to grab all his tools and came back so quickly to get it done ASAP. He did all of this by himself! He was able to cut part of the arm off but did it in a way it could still be salvaged with all the pieces he cut saved that could be put back on and reupholstered! He did ALL of this was done by 10pm! Within literally 3 hours of me calling him ( not to mention put the door back on for us as well! ?) I can’t say ENOUGH how amazing he did and how helpful he was! I will only go through Approved Movers from this day forward! Thank you again!

Vincent is AMAZING! Works so hard to make sure the job is done and makes miracles happen! Had an oversized couch in a tiny apartment door space and made it work! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
