Movers themselves were nice and pretty efficient. Office people I had to talk to schedule the move were incompetent. They misspelled my name and email address and so I didn't get the initial quote. This delay meant that I couldn't get the move dates I originally requested that they had said were available. After that they misspelled my email again and I didn't get the confirmation for my dates. I had to email and call for over 2 weeks before they finally checked and saw they didn't send it to the right place. I didn't get any apology for any of this. There was also a miscommunication regarding if we could keep the beds overnight between the packing day and the move day and instead of simply apologizing for the miscommunication they were rude and indirect.

I will say not everyone was bad. I called the generic number on the day of my move because I was never told what exact time to expect the movers (and I didn't want to call the woman I had been talking to because of all the above) and the person who answered then (Dakota I believe) was very helpful and apologetic for everything I had to deal with.

Luckily everything ended up going fine the days of the move (from NJ to NY). The movers were friendly and very helpful considering we had two small children in the house. There was some slight damage to some furniture (a little upholstery tear and a slightly misaligned drawer) but otherwise everything made it pretty well.

So happy I hired Armstrong. Leading up to my move, everything was handled super professionally and very organized. Our moving team Dan and Matt were super efficient, and really nice people. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with how they placed all of our belongings. I would recommend to anybody!

I wanted to write this review to let you know that Armstrong Relocation and the staff have been wonderful to work with. They are courteous, professional and they take care of you. I wanted to say thank you to Mickey and his staff as they helped me out tremendously with our moving needs. Keep up the Great work.

Everything about our move from Atlanta to New York with Armstrong Relocation has been a disaster. Actually the sales guy was good - better than they deserve. After being sold a $20k cross-country full service move, we expected at least that they might be on time. The packers and movers were so late that I had to work with them for hours just to get the truck loaded. Then they told us to provide two weeks’ notice for delivery, which we did. But it turned out that wasn’t enough and they couldn’t deliver our goods when we needed them. Then on the day they were finally scheduled to arrive, I thought surely this would go okay. Disappointed again. They were late, as they have been at every step of the process. Excuses all the way from Terri and Keisha in Atlanta. Never kept their word once. Deeply disappointed with this entire process.
