The Armstrong Company

We have moved multiple times over the years and this was by far the WORST experience I have ever had. I had a confirmed delivery date from United Van lines (the actual trucking company for the haul), and had reconfirmed it with our Armstrong moving coordinator in writing. Despite this she put in the wrong delivery date. When it was discovered the day our stuff was being loaded she did very little to try to rectify HER mistake. In fact, because her mistake with the delivery date fell around the 4th of July week our household items sat on the truck for an additional 4 days in the Texas summer heat. We were offered zero compensation for HER error, just simply told 'sorry.' On top of all of that when it was discovered that she made an error with the delivery fate her communication with me went from what was already pretty minimal to absolutely non-existent. She would not return my emails or phone calls. Eventually I had to track down her supervisor, who was very kind, but at that point there was little she could do to help us.

Excellent experience with Armstrong for a local move from Sandy Springs to Alpharetta. The crew was on time, communicative and at our service every step of the way. It was a three day event and even through the hot days of August they never complained or winced at any request we had. Ramon was the crew leader and did an outstanding job. As a local Realtor, I often recommend Armstrong Company for local and long distance moves. My clients have always been satisfied and happy with their experience. Now I am that client and concur!

Kseniia Pavlukhina was an absolute lifesaver during my relocation! She handled my tight timeline like a pro, coordinating everything from packing and delivery to TV mounting/unmounting. Her dedication ensured a smooth transition, and I couldn't recommend her enough!
