Great outfit and dependable company. Each staff member I've met is full of determination. The drivers packers and other crew members work hard daily to keep each service member taken care of. Thinking about relocating contract The Armstrong Company.

I work for a large engineering company in town. Armstrong helped us move to a larger office. They were professional, showed up on time, flexible when my company wasn’t organized enough, and got the job done. I never heard complaints from the team members no matter how heavy the items or tedious the job was. We worked with 3-4 different groups of guys throughout the move and they were all great. Would definitely recommend them if you are moving your office. Special shout out to Fuquan Harper who helped organize and make sure we were happy with everything.

I have moved 5 times in my professional career with several different moving companies prior to my latest move with Armstrong Relocation out of Chattanooga. I have always been completely satisfied. NOT the case with Armstrong Relocation & Companies. They picked up my household belongings and were to store them for just over a month till I could close on our new home and then deliver them to that new home. Upon delivery it was obvious they had damaged a couple bookshelves beyond repair. I also immediately noticed a step ladder was missing. After a couple days of unpacking the rest of our household items the rest of the missing/stolen items became apparent. I brought this to the attention of Armstrong Relocation and told them what the items cost to replace. They told me they would 'investigate'. After taking several weeks I had to call them back. They sent me a very accusatory letter basically denying wrongdoing and a check for less than half of what I am out. They are terrible!!!! I would advise using someone else that will not steal and damage your household belongings and then offer you less than half the amount they were worth. I hope no one else has to go through this with them!!! Again, I would strongly recommend NOT using Armstrong Relocation out of Ooltewah, TN.

I would never recommend this company. We had to temporarily store our household belonging for a few weeks. When our belonging arrived that was extensive damage to furniture, glassware, and majority of boxes were damaged. The employees they had recovering did not follow instructions on where to put things as well as exhibited a complete lack of respect for our stuff. We also had a lot of missing items. We had a very large claim to file. It took the insurance agent almost 3 hours to complete the assessment.
