Crew is amazing ! Super efficient, making the most of a Sunday move for us. We thought the desk was heavy so we called Mike and his guys. While the lead crew member was finishing up he asked us “is there anything else we can help with?”so we had some shelves moved into a tight basement. Well I've never seen or felt a double sink so heavy. It must have been 500ibs. Incredible task! Up out of the basement through those tight Bilco doors onto a skid for a forklift to move. Mike and his team have come through for us since the first phone call years ago. Every person I refer him to praise him. Mike and The Box Moving Company has the secret sauce , he knows how to treat a customer and take care of people. Thanks Mike !

Giving 3 stars because then gentlemen moving me were polite and hardworking. However they showed up almost 3 hrs late for my move screwing up my entire day. Every time I reached out for an ETA I either got the response '20min out' or no response at all.
The owner showed up an hour into the move and was visibly annoyed that his movers weren't done yet. He told me they were running late for their next job, again, if they were on time that wouldn't have been an issue. The owner made me feel pressured that his guys weren't done that I ended up just letting them go and moving the rest of the contents of my house myself.

The owner and stuff was incredible. 5 star

They have Horrible customer service very unprofessional and very disrespectful
