The blond lady was on a personal call in the back room when I came in. I waited and waited and then Said “excuse me” in case she didn’t hear me enter. She came out and raised a finger- I thought she was indicating that she would be right out. No - she kept going with what was clearly a personal call. I waited over 10 minutes and left! So rude!

Excellent service and very knowledgeable about packaging and the best shipping provider to use as they work with Fedex, UPS and the USPS

Had bad experience while i-9 verification.

Horrible customer service. Asked for a receipt to prove i dropped off UPS package. They said it was not worth the fifty cents to them. They are a joke.Go to a legit U.P.S or FedEx store for your needs.

As other reviewers have pointed out, the woman and the man are incredibly rude and also racist. They were very mean to me and my partner. I would avoid this store at all costs.

Edit: They said they are committed to providing professional service to all. LOL!
