The Boxes Etc.

The woman here is incredibly rude.
I went in for fingerprinting for a clearance card that is required for my out-of-state teaching license.
In the email it indicates that the tech may require a mask. I did not see this in the email when I recieved it. And I showed up without one. I asked what I should do, and her reply was that the woman before me had a mask, so clearly it was in the email. I went next door to buy a mask, and the nice lady at the counter asked if it was for the woman next door... even the surrounding businesses are getting impacted by this woman's behavior. I would not recommend. And I'm sure if she replies to this review, it'll state that it's required to wear a mask and blah blah blah. This review is simply about the woman's condescending tone and lack of appropriate customer service skills, not about my misreading the email.

Awesome place that returns all types of packages. Greg was incredibly helpful. Will be back for all box and shipping needs.

I was in the need of last minute gift wrapping and The Boxes Etc. came through for me in a bind! They were busy, but they were kind and dropped everything to help me out, and I'm forever grateful!
