I suck at wrapping gifts so I took all my gifts there and 2 days later, they were all wrapped. Perfectly.
The old lady is the most rudest person I ever came across in Naperville! Had to pickup my package and she made the whole experience extremely unpleasant. If you can't provide good customer service then I think you need to sit in your home!!

I undestand ID was required but that should be communicated with manners. I am pretty sure its not getting in your head as I see same problem faced by others.
Worst customer service I’ve ever received. There is a lady that works at the Naperville, Illinois location that the absolute worst. Worst customer Service I’ve ever received. She also canceled my appointment because I let her know how she was treating me. Terrible. Just terrible customer service
Brought in a DHL package to ship internationally to the UK. Waybill was attached to the exterior of the package with invoice attached. The woman behind the desk took a single look at the box and said the labels were wrong. She stated that the labels don’t have a ‘PLT number’ and that invoices are required in triplicate. As soon as she mentioned this, she turned to the next person in line and started helping them. I waited until she was finished to ask her a question and show her my electronic packaging material. She again quickly said it was all wrong, and that she ‘teaches the DHL class, and it’s been that way for 15 years.’ No offer to help whatsoever.
I brought my package to another DHL express and dropped it off with zero issue. I asked the other location if they had heard of a PLT label, and they said that they had never encountered this issue.
Rude, unhelpful, and possibly a liar. Will not be back.
The owner of this store is the rudest and most offensive human being I've ever encountered in my life. The store itself, like the owner, is just bizarre and I have no idea what is really going on with this place.
If you are sent for an I9 verification, which seems like the only reason anybody would actually walk into this pit, please spare yourself the misery of having to deal with this little misanthrope and just choose one of the other options.
For everyone who has already had a bad experience with this woman, connect with the I-9 referral service to let them know that they need to take this woman off their list. I will update this review when I find resources on how to report this business for their behavior.
