As a local person raised about 7 miles from this dealership, my family and I chose to keep our business local by choosing this dealership for our new home. During the process, ownership and management changed hands. The new owner (Mike) lied to me and my family when discussing price after we had been dealing with them for about 2 months. The price of the home increased $14k overnight after I had made several attempts to make a down payment to lock in price. Do not trust them, they will talk nice but they will do you wrong in the end.

My 84 year old Uncle purchased a mobile home from this business.
It has been over a year and the owner still has not fullfilled his agreement. Unfortunately, my Uncle paid in full before the agreed work was completed. The payment and agreement was for Full Set up and brought as close to new as possible. For months the owner ignored my Uncle's phone calls and request for the work to be completed. We clearly understand what 'As is and Used means'. However, as is and used, should not mean ignore a senior citizen and unhealthy conditions. My Uncle's son called and sent a letter, he was ignored. We have gone to the office with my Uncle, the owner sent someone over to look, the person came, looked and didnt have tools needed. Came back a week later, still did not complete the work. We have since did a thorough inspection and found unhealthy items which should have been taken care of (see pictures) or possibly this place should not have been sold to anyone. At one time we made an attempt to sell the home, not knowing what was lurking in it. We are thankful we did not pass this off on anyone else. We contacted the NW FL BBB, and because we did not seek conciliation with them. They placed our letter in a file. We have since sent letters to State Agencies requesting assistance with the poor business practices. Waiting responses. If you plan to purchase a Repo or Used home and are considering this place. Make sure, you do not pay everything upfront. Get everything in writing, unfortunately my Uncle thought that a person's word still meant something. We have since informed him, we live in a totally different era. Make sure you Inspect, Inspect and Inspect. Check the cabinets, the shelf seals, the window seals and behind the trim. Pay the balance only after the owner has completed the agreement. And if you have had problems with this place, please leave a review, and please send a Letter to the State of Florida Business and Professional License Divison, State of Florida HUD office, and the State of Florida Highway Safety Division, so that this business can be placed on notice regarding its practices.
