Moving my parents into assisted living was incredibly challenging for many reasons—one of the biggest being what to do with all the furniture and belongings that wouldn’t fit in their new home. I’m so grateful I found JunkLuggers! From my very first call, Sandra was compassionate and understanding. She took the time to listen, clearly explained their process, and quickly provided an estimate.

On moving day, Zack and Crayton were like a ray of sunshine! They arrived on time, full of positive energy and enthusiasm for the job. Beyond just being efficient, they were kind and patient—especially with my dad, who was struggling to let go of certain items. They treated everything with care, as if they were moving it to a new home rather than hauling it away.

The estimate was spot on (definitely a half-load), and after calling around, I found their pricing to be very competitive. I couldn’t be happier with my experience! And I’ll definitely be calling them again in a few months when I tackle my garage.

The person I spoke to on the phone was very professional and friendly. He was willing to help me get ours items picked up as soon as possible. We had set up a time for pickup the same day. Then he called me back stating that the guys were close by and could come earlier. The two nice gentleman that came for the pickup were amazing and friendly and gave me a price for pickup that was affordable. I was able to pay on the spot and they hauled the items away. I would use this company again if needed, and would recommend them as well.
