The Lock Up Self Storage

Process was quick and easy. Lisa was a pleasure to deal with. She even noticed the light in my unit was dim and replaced it immediately. The storage facility is clean and smells fresh without any signs of heavy chemicals. So far, a great experience.

This facility has a great process in place for new clients. I worked with a lovely young lady named Caroline who took the time to assist me with every aspect of my move in. From reviewing storage spaces available to breaking down the price ranges. She was extremely professional, attentive, and provided extraordinary customer service. I highly recommend this facility.

Cubesmart Hamden unfortunately is not a good recommendation for anyone trying to store their precious belongings for a long period.

The Lockup is great. Super easy leasing experience, extremely friendly and helpful front desk, clean facility. I am in the middle of moving out very quickly, and they made the process seamless. Highly recommend.
