The Lock Up Self Storage

I love love this place they are customer service oriented the place is clean can access premise up until 9pm the prices are reasonable

“Rob” who wouldn’t give his last name. Terrible customer service, we ordered a extra key 4/22 it’s 8/22. And no answer on when we will receive they key. Very rude, doesn’t not answer questions politely.
We run a business with this storage and the lack of cooperation from staff will make it very difficult to continue in the future.

My unit has a water leak in it and a bunch of my stuff got wet. I say has because my unit is still wet. I work a lot. The guys at my lock up facility are going to get me another unit but I have to take time off from work during their hours to move out of my wet unit to a dry unit. They wouldn't give me a key to another unit to allow me to move at my convenience, even though its not my fault that theres a water leak somewhere in the building. So, my stuff is already mildewed and it will get worst since I can't move until the week end, when i'm not working, 4 days from now. Not happy.
