I was trying to get a space from this company, filled out an application online and, when I put in my payment information, received an error message and need to call the facility. When I called, I was told how I was making all sorts of mistakes on their web site and needed to come in. I felt that this was bad customer service and am gladly taking my business to a competitor, who has a more user friendly website and customer service.

This place is one of the best! It is very clean, safe and monitored. Eric the property manager is a joy to work with and goes above and beyond to help you with anything. Great customer service!
