This is the second time I have rented space at this location. Mel is amazing! progressional, kind, accommodating and thorough. The facility is impeccably clean, temperature controlled and reasonably priced. i highly recommend !!!

Clean, safe, and pleasant storage facility

We moved from Glen Ellyn into a Wheaton rental in Sept 2020. The initial rate was good and competitive. The facility is clean and it's relatively easy to get in and out of our 4th floor unit. We need climate control, so outside units or no temp control is not possible with our storage... I can't complain about service or facility. HOWEVER, as of October 2021, they jumped the rent from the initial $110 to $176. It's a bit more than a $60 increase. That's a SIXTY PERCENT JUMP in ONE YEAR. I get that storage places increase rent. I get there was a pandemic. They have that many requests they need to clear renters? It's flat out unacceptable and ridiculous to jump SIXTY PERCENT IN ONE YEAR.
