The Mail Box Store

I recently won a $1 auction from ahrens auction house on HiBid. By the time I received my items the charge to my credit card they had on file was over $50! A lot of that charge was from their shipping partner The Mailbox Store, a company that I found out charges a bogus 48.6% margin above actual cost for absolutely nothing. I contacted Dennis in regards to my charges and he stated that he supported Mailbox Store and asked if there was anything he could help me with. I also spoke with Nathan and Shawn at the mailbox store and was told that their margin covers tracking and customer support should my package go missing?! Isn’t that what is covered when I paid for insurance? So I’ve been charged for that service already, right? What is it you do for the 48.6% “margin” again!?

Nathan at The Mall Box Store in Highland was amazing with our wedding invites. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. They got our stuff printed very quickly, and they turned out great! I would highly recommend them for anyone to use.
