I was told I could leave all of the stuff in my dresser drawers and the movers would secure it and move it that way. I get to my new residence and all of the belongings in one of my bedside drawers were gone, including some medication that has really inconvenienced me. I called the office the next few days to ask if anyone reported any missing belongings from my move and no one followed up with me or called me back. I have unpacked and looked everywhere for my things. I guess that was my fault for leaving anything in the drawers as I was told. Also took two men 7 hours and over $800 to move an 800 square foot one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. I packed up everything myself. All boxes were sealed, labeled, and ready to go. No packing was done on their part. The driving distance was only 15 minutes from old apartment to new apartment with one trip. Charged me $45 for the wrapping for the furniture and still left my white bed dirty. When it came time to pay, the men were not going to tell me they were charging a 4% fee for using a card, in which I could use Zelle and get this fee waived. Glad I happened to notice it or I would have been out an extra $40 just for a card transaction fee. I wanted to believe the positive reviews and maybe they are with different movers. Will never use this company again.
