Great service! Eric was wonderful and super nice. He made the entire process of moving so simple and stress free.

We needed to move a console piano and 2 China cabinets (all very heavy) to a storage unit. This would make it easier for us to paint the interior and prepare our house to be sold. Called The MovePros in McKinney TX on a Monday and on Wednesday morning Edd and Erik with a nice truck arrived. They went right to work and when I mentioned moving blankets for the storage unit - Edd says bring them out. Now all the furniture is protected in a moving blanket and nicely stretched wrap for storage. Edd and Erik had all the skills required to be a professional mover. I did carry out and in the piano bench - so I could say I helped move the piano. Arrived at the storage unit and instead of just putting it there Edd and Erik wanted to maximize my storage space. So they restocked the China closets. Not an easy task. All this was done in just under two hours. The MovePros were great and when we move to our new house next year we will be requesting Ed and Erik again - because they were both awesome. Thanks to them - it made it easy for me.

Avoid at all cost. Coordinator, manager, owner have ZERO customer service, you might as well talk to a wall.

First ever moving experience I’ve had besides myself moving things and these guys were quick and professional for the price the service is worth every penny!
