I hired the movers to help me move to an apartment. I booked two men for the move and a third man showed up. They told me an extra guy showed up to the shop and that my price would most likely end up the same because it would take less time. During the moving process they ended up shattering my coffee table and said that I could call the office later to file a claim. The final total was way more than what it would have been if 2 men took double the time. I was unhappy with the price and when they called their boss, he took 80 dollars off which definitely wasn't enough. When I called to complain about the price and file a claim for my coffee table the boss didn't understand why I was upset. They said they would email or send me a claim form in the mail. Almost one month later I still haven't received the form. I called again and they have NO RECORD of me doing business with them. Still waiting for them to send me this form. Incredibly unhappy with their service.

We made the mistake of not reading reviews prior to hiring these guys. $455.00 claim was filed after the move. They sent a check for less than $25. The amount they billed us was $700.00 over their 'estimate'. They didn't come to our house to see what was to be moved. Instead they guessed by looking at the photos on Zillow. We had stuff boxed and ready by the garage door but they decided to repackage our dishes into their boxes, which are not free, even though all were wrapped individually in newspaper. They told us that the move would be completed on the same day so we had disassembled our beds and packed frozen food in coolers with ice. then their truck broke down in our driveway. Their guy even said he had trouble with this truck last time he used it. Guess they thought it would fix itself. Despite attempts to jump start using my truck for an hour they decided to bring out a replacement truck, reload, and deliver the following day. Our stuff arrived the following day after we had to find overnite lodging. Frozen food had to be thrown out. The $25.00 check they sent was to dover the damage they did to an antique desk. They said lodging and spoiled food weren't covered as part of their standard agreement. Nor was the jumpstart. I should have left that out of the claim and just sent them a bill. I'm holding their check for a few months just to annoy their accountant.
