Do yourself a favor and keep looking!!! These are scam artists and Thieves!!! Only a few years ago they stole my property and then held it hostage..they wanted more money, shocker!!!! I finally got property my back but had to sue them. It took over a year but they sure do try to intimidate you along the way. I was also warned that if I sued them too much they would just file bankruptcy and then reopen under a different name.

The Movers, Inc. were very professional. We were very happy with the move in general. They appeared to be very careful with our items. The movers were very nice to work with and the team was personable. My only caution with these folks is to read their contract carefully. We got 'nickeled and dimed' to death for additional fees: an example is we were charged $112.50 for floor protection, which was totally unnecessary as the flooring was over 30 years old and needed to be replaced. The estimate was way off the final cost of the move, almost 30% over the bid. They said they needed to add a second truck the day of the move because they couldn't stack items on top of one another. These were the same items that they reviewed at the time of the quote and this should have been accounted for in the initial quote. Had we been given an adequate quote we may have still gone with them, but it leaves a bad feeling nevertheless. In Spite of the pricing issues we would recommend them for their quality of service. 8-30-2018 update: In response to your comment on my review....No. You were not asked to move more the move day than from the day of the quote with the exception of the 3 crates you moved. But these crates were added after the initial quote and before the move. We were told that you needed a second truck because you could not stack the items in our move because they were glass cases. Surprise...? they were glass cases the day you gave us the quote. You quote was WAY OFF THE MARK.

Anyone looking to move with this company - BEWARE!!!! My wife was quoted $104 an hour with a 3 hour minimum and that it shouldn't exceed $400 dollars total...grand total was over $800!!!! Rate changed to $154 for sending out 'another guy' to help...lots of other extras that weren't disclosed until AFTER the Bill was presented. (When they completed the move in other words) When speaking with their office staff on the incorrect billing amount, the gave me the run around and I was told that 'the basis for my complaint was unreasonable'....Sorry, but when you get a quote and that number doubles afterwards, it's not unreasonable to complain...even after the situation was escalated to the BBB, they didn't care!! Very unsatisfied customer!
