The Moving Experience handled a small load that I needed to be sent to Yulee Florida. The process went smoothly. They were there when I needed them and have no issues with the move. If I were to do it over I would still use their services.
The Moving Experience handled a small load that I needed to be sent to Yulee Florida. The process went smoothly. They were there when I needed them and have no issues with the move. If I were to do it over I would still use their services.
The Moving Experience in SLO does not take responsibility for ANYTHING nor do they ever say I'm sorry. I paid them almost 25,000 to move me and they caused over 12,000 in broken, damaged and lost items. Im sure they will say prove it when all they have to do is ask their employees, They delivered to pieces of fine art to another stop and I'm sure that they will respond Heresy! I asked over and over again for insurance and they were always 'Slammed', 'Too Busy', 'didn't have a calculator' ( don't even know what that means' and will avoid taking responsibility at all cost. I was offered 350 for over 12,000 in damages and I would have to take down all reviews and retract any negative publicity I have done within 24 hours. I was told by their own employees that the owner would hide behind his employees and never speak to you and Aaron never disappointed, and never even got a sorry, instead I was told that my actions are 'Insane, totally out of line' etc etc. The company is just like a child, its everyone else's fault, your crazy, that didn't happen, we went above and beyond blah, blah, blah. They are highly rated because they insist you retract your reviews if you want settlement. The movers that were hired on the unload side said that they have never seen a truck loaded this bad before and didn't want to do the job because they didn't want the liability of all the broken items. This company did not use a single furniture pad and our light colored linen furniture was thrown on the truck with no protection and is now covered in grease and grime and has tears in it. almost every single piece of wood furniture we have is all scraped up, leather punctured, holes in box spring, filth on box springs etc etc. They will respond that this is not their fault. I tried to attach photos but they would not upload but check them out on Yelp. Do yourself a favor and do your homework. There are a lot of common denominators in all the 1 star reviews. I always tell my. kids to look at the comon denominator
