Text them on 8/20/24 and left them a phone message on 9/3/24 .
You can at least call or text back your customer . I would not recommend these people do to the fact that they dont respond and that's not a way of doing business. I hired someone else.
I had an incredibly positive experience with this moving company. From the initial quoting stage to the completion of the move, they provided exceptional service. Throughout the entire process, my main point of contact, Mike Wright, was not only responsive but also maintained great communication, which significantly minimized my stress level. On the day of the move, I was assisted by two commendable movers, Jordan and David, who not only showed a high level of professionalism but also exhibited great affability. Their approach allowed me to feel at ease and confidently delegate the moving tasks to them. I am sincerely grateful for the outstanding experience and plan to use their services again in the future, as well as recommend them to others.
These guys are great! I will definitely be recommending them and using them again for future moves.
Jeff, Jordan, and crew did a great job! Thanks to Ian for getting everything set up so quickly. The Moving Gurus were a huge help, getting my mother's stuff moved. Will definitely hire y'all anytime we need help moving. Highly recommended! :)
I used Moving Gurus back in August 2023 to move a 4-bedroom house into a storage unit 40 miles away. I'm giving Moving Gurus at least 2 stars because of a few positive things: pricing was reasonable, they were on time and efficient, the gentlemen who helped me move were very nice, and they helped pack some last-minute boxes of kitchen glassware/dishes carefully (as far as I could tell at the time). However...I have to deduct the other 3 stars because I think they (the men who were onsite and/or the manager/owner, I'm not sure) made a very bad, unprofessional judgment call. They sent two trucks for the move. About 75% of my stuff fit on one truck. The other 25% went on the second truck, but the second truck's trailer door was broken--split right in the middle. The door on that second truck could not close. So they should have rescheduled a time to move the final 25% of my stuff on a working truck with a trailer door that could close. Instead they proceeded to drive 40 miles, on highway 123, at speeds of 60+ mph with the back door open and my stuff just strapped down (I'm hoping sufficiently strapped down, but who knows). When I met them at the storage unit, I was horrified to discover they had done this. I'm just hoping none of my stuff fell off that truck last August. Unfortunately, last August it was impossible for me to check whether my stuff fell off the truck/went missing since my unit was packed to the brim...though I'll find out if anything's missing when I move out of that storage unit in a few months--this time with another moving company.
