The Moving Guys

These guys were fantastic! Even showed me a little trick about how to use a moving blanket to maneuver a piece of furniture when you’ve got a tough squeeze. They were fun, kind, professional, efficient and just wonderful all around. Highly recommend!!!! Thank you Joe and Zee?

Awesome guys. Very personable. Polite and did a great job with my piano.

First off my estimate was for 4 hours with a friends and family discount as per the gentleman on the phone who told me it was a simple small move. He quoted me $975 and I put $100 deposit down. Which would mean I’m only required to pay 875 at the end of the move I ended up paying $1070 that day plus over 100 in tips and my 100 deposit. The mover told me it’s a 5 hour min when he arrived so 1270 total to move a couch 2 tables and a few boxes and a bed to the next street. ...During this move I had a few things I did not want to take so I offered it to the movers. One of the items was a used lawnmower I offered to mover #1. He said “yes I need one. “ mover number #2 says I will take it bc I get first dibs ... once we arrived to my moms house they pulled the lawn mower out and literally argued like kids over it in the middle of my driveway ..then a full game of tug of war over it. Cursing and all. In front of my mom. I had to state I did offer it to mover #1 but mover #2 did not want to listen. I told them put the damn lawn mower back on the truck and figure it out on ur own time off my property. Then mover #2 basically told #1 he was fired. Over all it was a weird experience and not worth the money to move up the block. I will not use them again. Sett movers would do the job for half that price.

Always use them for all my equipment moving needs.

The only reason I gave them 2 stars, is that they are quick and efficient! But 4 guys moved my furniture to a new place & items were missing and stolen. Watch their every move, one of the guys will pull up in a car, next to the moving truck, and pack small items in it when you are not looking. So when you go to check the moving truck, it will be empty. Beware!
