Called beforehand to confirm the order we were making would be delivered urgently, and was assured “yes, within two days”. The online order didn’t even PROCESS for two days, and left us in a horrible situation. Personally called up twice to chase and was told “sorry we don’t have the order yet” even though I gave the the order number. When the order finally did come through, absolutely nothing done to deliver it quickly like the promised but had to wait yet another day for goodness knows why. If they had been honest when I called before ever making the order, we would have used someone else since we were on a tight deadline.

So slow. Waited for the order to be delivered 45 minutes
