The Original Lupica Moving & Storage

The guys are awesome! You can definitely tell that they are experienced Movers. They get the job done quick and take care of your things as if it was theirs! Best moving company in Cleveland!!

My mother in law called roughly four times to confirm that we were set to move between 9-9:30 on May 21st. She even spoke with the owner (manager?) the night before and she confirmed we were on the schedule. Waited an hour after they were supposed to be at our condo and called. They told my mother in law we weren’t on the schedule. Gave us no reasoning behind how that could be, and have not responded to rectify the situation. Thankfully, we found another company who took pity on us and will move us tomorrow.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. My father called and scheduled this company to move him. He told the dispatcher about a safe that was to be part of the move. He even gave them the weight and dimensions and they told him it would not be a problem. THE DAY BEFORE THE MOVE Lupica called him and said they were unable to move the safe. It was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of them to do this. My father was put in a really bad spot by this company and had to rush to find movers last minute. Thankfully PARMA MOVERS was willing to come out and move him last minute and eliminated the stress caused by Lupica. Shame on you Lupica, I hope many eyes see this review.

Were the movers nice and friendly, yes. Was the job completed, yes. One guy constantly worked while the other guy disappeared for long periods of time, only to come back smelling like cigarettes. Stretched a 2 1/2 hour job into 4 so he could charge for an extra hour. When questioned he came up with crazy excuses.
