These guys are a fraud. If you want things broken and stolen and to NEVER hear from these people ever again, book with them. Paid ALOT of money for a 2 day move with these guys, 3 guys for pack up and 2 guys for the actual move and unload, and I must say a generous tip was given to them each day of their service but mysteriously my ipad went missing and a ceiling light was broken by one of their guys upon move in. (the lead mover’s name was Aaron - he was actually pretty good and professional, the 2nd mover was Austin- not sure the 3rd guy’s name, operations manager was Ben ) Despite trying to contact them to get all this resolved, we never got a call back, we left several messages, emails and they seemed to miraculously go missing from the planet never to be heard from again. We filed a claim with our renters insurance and even they couldn’t get ahold of them nor could they do anything for us about my stolen iPad. So unfortunately, the move cost us a fortune, a stolen iPad and now we must pay the landlord out of our own pocket for the broken ceiling fan light caused by them.
It’s unfortunate bc this probably is a good moving company overall but we unfortunately had a few dishonest bad apple movers on the job that day.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had with movers my entire life. They first damaged quite a few furniture items but that which we were willing to let slide but then when they moved our fridges they scratched and damaged our front door frame as well as the garage floor. We told them about the damage and they said they’d send someone out to fix the damages they caused but it’d take a few days. I called them after a week of no update and they continued to ignore my calls, it’s now been almost a month and I’m sure they have no intentions of ever fixing the damages the caused to our new home.
