The Perfect Move(Select Moving Services)

Unfortunately not able to rate higher. Their driver drove a 13 foot truck into a 12.5 ft building and got it stuck, after taking a 1/2 hour detour at the gas station I was billed for. The truck issue delayed everything by over another hour and a half part of which I was again billed for. If you're going to bill by the hour you cant bill for your mistakes.

These delays caused further problems along with their driver refusing to pack up some of our belongings.

Ive emailed them several times and asked for a response, so far Ive been ignored.

I went to the website and completed a request and received a friendly phone call. When I called back, they acted as if I had never done the webform and promised to get back in touch with me. They promised me a return call and never bothered. I hired someone else from Fort Worth who was just so much friendlier and efficient with their intake processes.

Austin and Jordan were prompt, professional, and very kind. They moved me pretty quickly and the price was very fair . They definitely deserve a raise ?. Thank you so much guys !! I will definitely be back for my next move .

Update! Ben is awesome! After reading my review he and I had a conversation in which he was very helpful and apologetic for the mishap. As a small business owner his gesture showed that he truly does value and care about his customers . Thank you Ben for providing a remedy for the situation.

Alan and Tyler were exceptional. They were careful with our belongings and moved swiftly, as well as friendly. We will be using them again when we do our next move!
