The Right Choice Multi-Service Professionals

These guys were absolutely incompetent! The destroyed over $3000 worth of my furniture. They shattered all the glass in my hutch and left all the glass in my hallway and outside. Not only that but left cigarette butts and a empty soda bottle in my driveway. Tried to reach out to t h e owner and BBB but they don't respond.
I'm starting the process of bringing them to court. Sad he isn't man enough to answer a phone and admit they made a mistake.
Avoid these people at all costs!!! See other reviews, I'm not the only one. Losers for sure

MY FURNITURE IS RUINED ! I booked with U-Haul , it took hours for 2 guys to load a truck , leaving my garage full of furniture that should have easily been able to fit on a 26 ft truck . Almost every piece of furniture is ruined , they damaged my floors , my walls , created issues with my closing , they were 5 hours late . Absolutely horrible . I have to given owner Roman the opportunity to rectify the situation prior to writing this review but he refused to get back to me .

So, I’m embarrassed to say that I have been meaning to write this review for over two years, since we moved on Valentine’s Day of 2017. These guys did such a great job, and I was reminded that I needed to write this review because I just recommended them to a friend who is moving.

Firstly, we drastically underestimated how much stuff we had – full apartment plus a full attic. Fortunately, the two man crew who arrived assessed the amount of rooms/items to move, and was able to arrange for two additional movers to assist. Then, they did a terrific job of moving all of that stuff out of a second floor apartment down a very narrow set of stairs. After expertly loading the truck, they arrived at our new residence to find…guess what?...more stairs! The new house is on a hill with 22 stairs to get up to the deck stairs and then another flight to the main entrance on the second floor. These guys worked HARD and did a phenomenal job moving a ton of stuff up and down a ton of stairs. On top of it, they were so positive and well-natured about the whole thing – despite us keeping them from their wives longer than anticipated on Valentine’s day! Additionally, the price was incredibly fair. If you need professional, reliable, positive movers, these are your guys!

I booked these guys through U-Haul. It took them 8 hours to load two 20x10 storage units. Upon further investigation after they left, larger boxes were stored on top of smaller boxes, items were broken. Furniture parts were stuffed behind sheet metal screws gouging recently new furniture. My young boys would have had more common sense to store things than they did. But as if that wasn't enough, I called the owner/manager about the problems sending him photos of the damages. After promising to meet me on a given date to try and rectify the issue, he was a complete no-show. When I attempted to call to follow-up, my calls conveniently rolled over to voicemail.

Use at your own risk!

Disaster! Did show up 3 hours late on that day, forgot their equipment, had to unload the truck again because the people who loaded it the first time apparently never had done that before.

They caused a lot of damages on walls and furniture during the job at both locations. I understand that this can happen. However, I would expect that such events are covered by insurance/company. They might or might not. Hard to tell if there is almost no more communication after completed payment...

Even now after more than 30 days I have not received any response to my many phone calls.
