We used these guys in Feb 2017 and what we paid for in services and what we got the other end in delivery is nothing short of terrible. Do not use them. I would go to the point of saying that they are disrespectful of others property. This is my first review I have ever written but I felt compelled to share something to protect others from being caught up in the same situation of badly damaged goods due to no protection and them claiming they did. Even with photo proof. I hope the company has some fundamental changes in their organisation to turn into a company that people would use again.

I've used this moving company twice--once for an international move--and they were amazing. They were very responsive and communicative and helped me through the whole process. They also worked with me to get the best rate I possibly could. Michelle was particularly amazing, making herself available in evenings and weekends to make sure things were delivered and it was done properly. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

This company is the biggest scam. From deceit, to lies, to insurance fraud - you name it. Quoted a total of $8,600 for relocation, of which $2,100 was for packaging, but shoved my belongings into the container without packaging them - thereby invalidating the insurance. Forgot to pick up 1/3 of the shipment, promised to pay for part of the shipment if I carried it with me as checked baggage, also promised to send the other part on pallet on the same vessel.

Once I was overseas, and had incurred the cost, refused to refund over $1080. Also refused to send the second part of shipment worth over $30,000, holding it hostage, asking me to pay twice the amount agreed upon.

Forgot to lock the container leaving it open to threats of theft and vandalism. Told me I would have $150,000 in insurance, but then attempted to force me into insurance scam. Forgot to take pictures of the valuables, thus making the insurance null and void. Told me they would provide $10,000 worth of insurance free, never did provide it.

Unilaterally divided my shipment into two parts, sent one without insurance and lock, and held the second part hostage in US, telling me that unless I paid almost double the amount agreed upon, in shopping, they would sell my shipment that they held in US.

Then when the container that WAS sent overseas, was opened - the shipment included many creepy crawlies - including live snails - that had been intheir container container and ended up in my shipment - costing me over $1000 extra in quarantine and fumigation.

Cases pending with police in two countries, with Federal Maritime Commission, with Better Business Bureau, with Dispute Tribunal of New Zealand.

DIshonest, unscrupulous, unethical, malicious, and greedy. Have little or no experience in international shipping even though they may lead you to believe otherwise. Have NO experience whatsoever in full container load of shipping, and no experience of transporting valuables. Have never transported valuables. Either that, or they deliberately will commitinsurance fraud. If you insure your belongings with them, be assured that the insurance will never cover it, as they do not follow insurance guidelines for claims - but they will bill you exorbitantly for insurance, and will tell you to lie to insurance. DON'T lie in insurance - insurance will be nullified if you do. These people run a scam - bill for insurance without providing actual coverage.

They mislead you by false advertising, will come in lower in teh quote, but then will bill you extensively and unscrupously later, skyrocketing your costs, and will hold your belongings hostage and threaten if you try to reason.

AVOID AVOID AVOID at all cost. Why take a chance with them at all when there are so many others.
