Ms Lou is fantastic. Closing out the unit was WAY easier than I thought it was going to be. Whole time we had the unit, nothing broke. Elevator, lights, access panels (will ONLY allow entry to level you rent on), climate control in the building, all always functional. Expected price hike happened when ownership changed but very minor and still affordable. If I ever need another unit, 100% would use this company again.
