The Storage Center - Gonzales

I went in about 40 minutes before closing and rented a climate control paid the cost. Next morning I decided I didn’t need it. I called and their office and told her to cancel the storage rental, I decided I didn’t need it, she said it would be canceled. To this day they have not refunded my money I called again I was told that’s the rules. Bad business they want your money and could care less about their customers. I would never dead with these crooks again. I here many stories about “The Storage Center”- I would rather spend my money with good honest people.

Ms. Lou was a great help in hand , very respectful and excellent customer service ! Second time renting again she’s the besttt !!!

The ladies were a pleasure to work with and so helpful. I had a lot of questions and they were extremely knowledgeable. I love this place.
