The Storage Center - Lake Charles

Can never get ahold of them. I’ve been using them for almost 6 months and have had issues every single time payment time comes around. Have ask for 3 months to be put on auto pay. Everytime I have been told I was enrolled just to get hit with a late fee the next month that I was told I couldn’t be refunded for/had removed before payment. My rent was raised to nearly double without notice and trying to get ahold of them is harder than trying to get ahold of the director of the FBI. Can’t wait for my house renovations to be done so I can get my stuff out.

Front desk clerk was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful. Also the prices are outrageously affordable!!!!! I couldn't believe I was getting a climate controlled unit for such a low price! At storage Mart I was paying almost double for a unit that wasn't climate controlled and all of my furniture was ruined when I moved out. This experience with storage center was phenomenal.
