The Storage Center New Orleans - Kenner

Jenny & Chavon are AMAZING! we have three units on this bldg. and they are always helping us with everything. they go beyond what their job descriptions are! My daughter loves coming here because they are so friendly and even gives her snacks each time we come. The building is always kept clean especially the restrooms. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a great facility! Its very clean, very well lit inside, and easy to get to units. Chavon was very efficient and helpful with getting me set up with a unit. Great customer service and nice facility!

Loved Life Storage. Moving to a different storage location ASAP! Access code changed….nobody informed me. I updated my information with Jenni but still couldn’t access anything. My experience with Jenni was horrible and very unprofessional. Also, Jenni STRONGLY SUGGEST customers to leave a 5star review!

Highly recommend! Been using them for 4 years and have had no problems. The facility is super clean. Chavon in the office is a delight to work with, always answers any questions I have. Recently lost my key, had to get a new one and Jenny took the time to personally help me set up my new lock. Great customer service!! Thanks again, girls!
